In the follow-up to my letter of 10 January 1942 I-10 No. E II P 1 - 1656/41 I inform you that the following possibilities of use have arisen for Captain Grimm: 1.) According to a communication from the Head of Personnel of the City of Pilsen, a leading position could be created for the person named, although at present the City Garden Administration does not constitute a self-employed department. In the area of urban horticulture and urban investment, a great deal of work had to be done in Pilsen. The Oberlandrat has been asked to enable the city administration to contact Captain Grimm for negotiations. The Oberlandrat asks to take the necessary steps if Captain Grimm is to declare that he has taken a position in Pilsen Inter- esse. 2.) In Prague, the post of head of the municipal horticultural office could be released for the person named in the foreseeable future in the event of professional and personal suitability. On the other hand, according to a report by the Oberlandrat in Olmütz, it is not possible for Captain Grimm to be employed at the city of Proßnitz for a period of about one year.
