In matters relating to Captain Grimm, the Secretary of State points out that the Protectorate has a certain lack of teaching staff in agriculture. It was to be determined whether Grimm could not be employed by a German agricultural acule. For the rest, the Secretary of State had the wish that the question of the use of Grimm should be taken into account in the decision.
