4. Non-deployment of the willingness to commit murder. In cases where the readiness to commit a murder is not used, the competent personnel in charge of the D.A. shall: "Processing of capital crimes", St. 17-101-02(2), take all measures and complete the investigation if there is no evidence of suspicion of a criminal act during the course of the investigation. 5. Emergency measures. In addition to compliance with the general reporting requirements, in the context of the respective requirements, there are also general reporting provisions — see DA: ‘Criminal Police Reporting Service', St II-14-101-11 (Appendix 1 to Form No 14/42) — a) Daily and/or/or post-mortem reports.
