IVa 5070-44 : The message, which Herr Oberstleutnant Prof. Dr. MICKLEY Mr. State Councillor Dr.Schieber on the state of the wage-orienting measures at the Bohemian-Mährische Maschinenfabriken A.G. is apparently based on an error or an incorrect information by Prof. Dr. Mickley. has recently submitted to the Ministry of Employment and Labour a so-called "company wage group catalogue" for their machinery and automobile factory, with a list of the merits which are now being achieved in the light of the new work evaluation. However, they were not complete in some respects, because the employees were mistakenly included in the pay statements also the young workers. The Bohemian-Märische Maschinenfabriken A.G. had continued to assume an incorrect levelling of the relationship between the individual wage groups. After the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour requested a correction of these documents, they were resubmitted on 13 July of the same year. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour had proposed that, in a meeting in which for the first time the representatives of the workers of the company should be informed about the new measures, the documents for the complete clarification of the facts should be discussed.
