113a Legion remained. In order to be able to carry out its activities undisturbed and to make the Czechs' cohesion as close as possible, it was attempted to obtain permission to establish a "Association of Czechs in Nuremberg" to DAgH. Among the arrested are also some leading heads. One of them had the task of exploring the possibility of illegal border crossing on the Swiss border. The People's Court has so far sentenced 22 Czechs to high prison sentences of l2 to 2 years. These processes show that the Czechs in the Reich are striving in every way, even with the use of Czech associations, to drive anti-German politics. Although it has remained in the present case in the attempt to establish a new association of Czechs in Nuremberg, there is still a great danger that the Czechs coming from the Protectorate to work in the Reich will use the Czech clubs that have existed in the Empire for a long time in order to be able to continue their anti-German activities. I do not think that there is any reason to allow the Czech clubs to continue to exist in the Reich either from the general political point of view. In view of the current situation as a whole, I would ask for your opinion on a possible dissolution of Czech clubs in the Old Kingdom. In representation: gez. M.üller. Certified: Marit.
