T9 Translation. Law on the establishment of the school system. § 1 Higher education institutions, which are not Czechoslovak, will be abolished with immediate effect. § 2 1) The Minister of Education and People's Culture determines in which lower schools with non-Czech language of instruction are not recruited. 2) It may decide on a new seat for these schools and determine the conditions under which they may continue their teaching. It also determines the extent of the teaching. 3) This provision applies to all schools, public and private, regardless of who is their owner or maintainer. Or § 3 The establishment of schools in which the teaching is not continued, especially the buildings, libraries, collections and other aids are closed and adequately protected against damage and theft. The Ministry of Education and People's Culture determines which schools or other institutions this institution should continue to serve § 4 This law, which will enter into force on the date of delivery, will be implemented by the Minister for Education and Folk Culture in agreement with the other ministers.
