Rödling was born on 30.7.1894 in Prague, is responsible for Kaaden in the Sudetenland and with Johanna née Bude verhei-ratet. He attended only Deütsche schools (5 classes Volks- und 4 classes Bürgerschule in Kaaden). According to Ahnenpass, he is of Aryan descent.
