The investigation of the department IV -Kulturpolitik- regarding the professional suitability of the applicant Detlev H e r b st , son of the owner of Moritz Diesterweg's publishing bookshop in FRANKFURT a.Main,provided: "Mr. Det Lev Herbst, the son of owner of the Moritz Diesterweg publishing bookstore in Frankfurt a. Main,Erich Herbst has been a trained bookseller and for many years worked in his father's business. Most recently, he was managing director of the bookstore F.B. Auffarth in FRANKFURT a.Main,Roßmarkt ll, a bookstore which employs 26 employees, i.e. is comparable to the bookshop André in Prague in size. Mr. Detlev Herbst is therefore likely to offer the professional prerequisites for a takeover of André's bookstore.
