23 44=g. Prague, 13. Mar 1941. .8.59/47 Dear Rimanek ! In the matter of the sale of the fashion house "Rix" in 418/3.41. Mähr.Ostrau I had the facts examined on Your letter of 17 February 1941. The following turned out : Mr. Alois W i e l a n d from Halle has already applied before Mr.Alois V r b k a : to me for the purchase of the department store "RIX". In the absence of other suitable candidates, he has therefore also been granted the authorization to acquire. He has not yet submitted a purchase contract. However, he asked for an extension of the deadline which he has been granted. Mr. Alois VRBKA received a notice from the dejudgment office on November l940 that he could not be taken into account, since another candidate has already received a commitment. Vrbka then appeared here at my dejuedgment department. He was told that he might be able to acquire the company together with Mr. Wieland. Mr Wieland is also willing to acquire the company together with Mr Vrbka. It seems that this is also the right way, since the monetary conditions appear to be the most secure in this combination. As soon as the audit report on the value of the company is available here, the Dejudigungsdienststelle will negotiate with VRBKA and WIELAND on the joint acquisition of the enterprise, which hopefully will soon lead to a result. Heil Hitler ! Dein s)..a.d Gd $\C-q}$ a
