7 ( 3.) Trade unions and workers' questions are, by their very nature, led by high official punctuators, which is more likely to be seen as a true worker in the labour force, and especially in the tachechian, where the female worker is regarded as a genuine worker. On the other hand, trade unions (such as career guidance, insurance, etc.) do not deal with these issues by other public authorities, except that the single instrument of influence is left to them. However, the need for the workers to represent the leadership, who are actually workers from the factories and who are true representatives of their interests, as vice versa, the leadership has an interest in raising direct contact with the workers and not only through the functionaries of the trade union organisations. This duality therefore leads to the following: while maintaining its previous tasks for the care of the worker, the trade unions remain at the disposal of the workers without the requirement of membership, since the members of the trade union were serving in all respects the maintenance of the union, but are, moreover, more insurance matters, vocational guidance, e.g. The trade unions are obliged to grant grants to non-members, and the Verke works committees (which correspond to the German trust councils) are formed from a slurry which sees all the major enterprises and professions, a factory training delegation, which is supposed to give a mouthpiece from below and from above. It has the right to become directly pre-eminent to the Minister of Justice, to the head of the government, to state Presidents and to the Reich Protector. It is, on the other hand, the Grgan, which makes it possible to address the workers directly.
