Finally, Nebesky read the N. G. programme, already described in previous lege reports, after the departure of the President of the Steats and most of the ministers, the Chairman of the Matëcha Workers' Commission. His aberration, that the clouds hanging over the fatherland will disappear and see the sun again, found stormy applause. At a cremation in Königgrätz Nebeský emphasized the necessary preservation of the fatherly soil and referred to the German example; similar husführungen he wanted regarding the treatment of the birth decline. Here, too, no reference was made to a cooperation with the Germans. The district management of the N.G. in Königgrätz was removed from its mind by the central management for the purpose of giving hereus an economic writing. In some cases, Oberlandräite made efforts to keep the events within portable limits, in particular with reference to the fact that much less tentative entertainment and the like had taken place in the past. The progress of the joy movement is still very successful. However, the N.G. As in the case of its construction in front of a Jchre, it was not prepared to work with considerable pressure. For example, in Theresienstadt, a list of those "who did not consider it their national duty to join the movement" was published by the youth of the N.G. With the beginning of spring sports, a lebheft propaganda action for the entry of the Czech youth into the gymnastics organizations starts. How much between sight and actual attitude must be divorced, shows, for example, that although officially no Jew may be admitted into the N.G., nevertheless in Bud-weis with a Jew a member legitimization of the N-G. The Court of First Instance held that, in the light of the Court's judgment, the Court of Justice had failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 85(1) of the Treaty.
