In my capacity as Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Russian History Archive at the Ministry of the Interior of the Protectorate, I have learned that in the near future a large part of the book and document stock, namely everything relating to the Russian army (including its remains in emigration), the world war and the civil war, is to be removed from the archive for the purpose of handing over to the German Army Archive or to its Prague section. This decision has caused great concern to all those who have been involved in the establishment and development of one of the few Russian institutes abroad with an undeniable national treaty.
