Mr President, on January 9, 1982, with the agreement of the Deputy Protector of the Reich, you placed the government of the Protectorate in our hands. This was founded on the need to activate all the forces of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia for the final victory of the Empire and for the reorganization of Europe and to increase the capacity of the governing and administrative apparatus through unification. In your speech, you set the goal of all government efforts to build up the reorganization without compromise and also to create all the conditions for the victory of the Great German Empire. The year of government work ended was fulfilled by the desire not to disappoint your trust and to do everything possible to achieve the program goal you set. It has been a year of intensive work in all branches of the Protectorate Administration to fulfil what the Empire expects of us and what is needed to safeguard the real interests of the people of our countries.
