Since the establishment of Postex GmbH, the main purchaser of its products has been the post-purchase office, a large-scale purchasing company built on a consumer cooperative basis and subsidized by the state for the supply of workers, employees and representatives of the postal services in Prague and other public authorities. This nggh cooperative principle, organised by companies, managed with the cooperative shares of their members and maintained a whole range of sales outlets, where goods could only be delivered to members, until shortly after the establishment of the Pfotektorate. After the establishment of the Postex, the PES transferred the defendants Bradaê and Stübchen as so-called specialist advisers to the administration department of the postex GmbH. They had the task of monitoring the Postexe GmbH in all matters affecting the interests of the PES organisers, financially, commercially and economically. When shortly after the establishment of the Protectorate, the PES came out of allegations of profitability and expeditiousness, together with 23 sales outlets, the Fa Postex GmbH took over these sales outlets in its own direction, but subject to the previous purpose. Since then, the PES has maintained only 8 self-managed dining halls, among which the canteen led by Mimra, who was co-defendant of the post office in Prague II, Bredauer-gasse, is the most important. In the still existing dining halls the consumption of meals was no longer bound to the membership of the PES.
