hT - 6 8./ The defendant Ignaz J e i n e k grew up in his parents' home. After 8 years at the Voiks- und Bürgerschule he learned the butcher's profession, during the apprenticeship he attended the Fortblldungsschule. After the apprenticeship, he did not get in a job and therefore occupied himself in the agriculture of his parents. In the years 192l to 1923 he served at Reirssdregiment No.l in Theresienstadt. After the military time he was again working in the agriculture of his parents. After his mother's pedestal, which died on 8,4,l942, he moved to Prague, where he did not do any regular work and did not even use food cards. 9./ The defendant H a n u 3 entered the service of the postal administration in l9l9 after he had participated in the whole world war as a corporal and had been awarded the Karl-Puppenkreuz, since the 5.5.l94l he has been exempt from postal service with regard to his work as the second managing director of the PES, in particular under the supervision of the kitchen company supplied by the Fa, Postex GmbH.
