He is not pre-punished. 7./ The defendant B r a b e c comes from a married family. His father is city director in Prague. The plaintiff attended a 5-class elementary school, then 4 classes undergymnasium, followed by a higher agricultural school and a commercial course, after finishing the course he found employment at the Fa, Bata in Zlin, where he trained in all branches of the company. After 2 1/2 years of work he was dismissed for unexplainable reasons. After many years of humbling, he was taken over into the state service at the instigation of his family and employed in the business control role. After the introduction of the war economy in the protectorate he was entrusted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as Aktuaradjunkt with the control of the food agenda of the municipal authorities. His monthly income was last 3oo K. He is married, but lives separately from his wife, and married children do not exist. On the other hand, he has an illegitimate child, for whose maintenance he has to pay monthly 300 K, he still owes an advance fund in Brno 7,000 K, which he paid off of his salary.
