55 - 10 - to transfer to the Land Office an independent ground office for all types of land, so that the Office can play a decisive role in the procurement of land for settlement purposes or for other projects of public interest. Until now, for example, looo farms, predominantly Jewish holdings, but also poorly managed Aryan holdings have been placed in compulsory administration under government decree 87/ 1939, over these holdings the Land Office exercises supervision. This measure was politically and nutritionally conditional. These powers would also have to be transferred to the independent Land Office, especially since some of these farms will also form the basis for the future agricultural settlement and the establishment of German farmers. The creation of a compulsory administration organization was accompanied by a planned increase in income and income for agricultural holdings within the meaning of the food trade. Through economic advice from agricultural professionals of the independent Land Office, this will help to increase the production of agricultural products and to bring the livestock industry to a higher level. The Land Office owns a number of unallocated non-allocated assets from the land reform, which are partly managed by your own government and partly leased. Some of these objects are to be used for agricultural settlements. In so far as the lease period for such remaining goods expires or these are poorly managed, they must be taken into their own management of the Office if a new suitable tenant is not found. In order to be able to manage all the goods of the Land Office free of charge, these would have to be assigned to the future independent Land Office of the Agriculture Group and to do so from the accounts of the Soil Office, Section IX of the Ministry of Agriculture.
