English Translation
8h 3 The Office of the Reich Protector has not yet given it this backing, but has often tried to highlight the subordinate task of the Land Office as a protectorate authority. As a result, a kingdom of questions is at the centre of the work of the com-missary leadership, which so far have not been dealt with by the office of the Reichsprotector or could not be clarified. The current commissioner, who is at the same time head of the Food and Agriculture Group at the Reichsprotektor, saw his task because of the war-related necessity mainly on the supply side of the food industry, so that the soil politics is no longer in the foreground. For the spread of Germanism and its foundation in the Protectorate, it is of utmost importance, however, that the ground polittgaren tasks are taken from the field of autonomous authorities and transferred to a German special service directly under the authority of the Reichsprotektor by the creation of an independent ground office. For the future politics of the people, there must be an independent ministry, which must be regarded as the most important instrument of German endeavours in the Protectorate at all. The tasks of the Land Office in the field of food policy, as they find their fulfilment in the compulsory administration of some looo agricultural possessions, are purely due to war. However, the main task of an independent soil authority must be the collection and management of land. In the works council, all administrative measures, be it the supervision of land transport, the price structure for land, the construction of urban and rural settlements, the compulsory administration of agricultural property, or the expropriation of land.
