0 -2- THE STATISTICAL PRESIDENT OF THE PROTECTORATE BÖHMEN AND MÄHREN L 1278 / 42. pursuant to § 2 of the decree of the Reich Protector of 27 February 1962, VBlRProt., p. 42, concerning the amendment of some provisions of the Constitutional Enforcement Act. I therefore consider it desirable that § 3, para. 2 stylized in a way that would exclude such ambiguities and therefore propose the following wording: "The head of the ground office is entitled, with the consent of the chairman of the government in the jurisdiction of the soil office regulations according to § 2 of the decree of the Reich Protector of 27. Finally, I consider it expedient that, in the same way as the Government Decree No. l2l/39 Sig., as amended by the Government Order No. I89/4o Coll. on the establishment of the Supreme Prize Authority with regard to the chairman of that authority - also in the current regulation concerning the head of the Land Office - it is expressly stated that the latter is appointed and dismissed by the President of the President on the proposal of the president of the Government.
