The commander in Prague, 28.9.1942. 2 of the 539th Division. - 1 Appendix 910/10 To the Wehrmacht authorized by the Reichsprotektor in Bomen and Moravia Mr. Major General Toussaint RMh On the letter from the Deputy Primator of the capital Prague, Professor Pfitzner to the State Secretary, SS Group Leader Karl Hermann Frank of 19.9.19942, I feel obliged to comment as follows. Professor Pfitzner, in his letter, claims nothing less than: 1. that I am a black keeper of cattle, 2. that I have even "referred to the full extent of food cards from the military agencies". I have to contradict both points in the strongest possible terms. The facts presented as facts by Professor Pfitzner are in fact the following: 1. My family, who was already self-sufficient in the Old Kingdom as a farm owner, has of course never obtained food cards from military agencies in Prague for the areas in which it is self-sufficiency. Since the beginning of the war, I am still in the company of my troops. From this point of view, I did not want to take part in the possible advantages of self-sufficiency. This accusation by Professor Pfitzner is therefore a completely out of the air, outrageous insinuation. 2. As regards the self-sufficiency obligation with regard to the notification of livestock and the supply of livestock products, the following should be said:
