For the commission of the Ministry of the Interior /confidential circular Z. 400o/6954/42-I/1/ the checks of the results of the swine count from 3./9.1942 were organized also in the capital Prague. To carry out the checks was this time the Xix. The Commissions met on Friday, Friday, May 1st, March 1st and October 1st. In particular, they were ordered by the Ministry of the Interior to visit all the pig keepers in the spongiform spongy spout allocated to them at the time of their census, as well as a sample of a number of houses where pig cattle were not registered at the point of manufacture, and the accuracy of the information on the number and genera of pigs, and on the basis of the results of the survey carried out by the Office of the Magistrate-Statistical Office, where they were given precise instructions on their activities. The Commissions were also informed that the premises used by the Wehrmacht had to be left out of the controlia. Following the conclusion of the consultation, the Commissions took part in their work. On the same day in the afternoon, Mr Richard Speich, Lieutenant-General of the Infantry, appeared at the Magistrate-Statistical Office and made the complaint that one of the control commissions in his home at NC. 83 in Dewitz, Scharkatal, tried to control the pig population. In particular, he felt that the fact that, according to his claim, "a protectorate officer had entered the home of a general of the Reichswehr" was a violation; otherwise, he explained that the personal conduct of the members of the Commission was, in the reports of his service personnel - he himself was not at home at the time of the visit of the commission - unreserved. The General was informed of the orders of the Ministry of the Interior and of the President-in-Office of the Reich with regard to the checks on livestock censuses and explained that, in his case, it was not a particular control which he had undertaken, but a general check whether and how the pig farmers were obliged to report on the number of pigs on 3/9. and that, following the instructions of the Minister of the Interior, the government police were assigned to the Commissions for assistance and guidance services. Furthermore, the general was reminded of the duty of all owners of cattle and pigs for private purposes, including for the purposes of self-catering with milk, fat and meat, to report their pieces, as in the case of livestock censuses, also for the running evidence management /s., the law on the organisation of the statistical service Coll. No. 49/l9l9, § 5 and dåe Reg.Vdg. on the Evident Management of the cattle and pig population for control purposes Coll. 356/i94l/ and the opinion was expressed that all private dwellings and private households are subject to the obligation to be controlled to check the information on censuses, including their non-reporting at the census. The general was also informed of the possibility of sending a written complaint to Mr Primator, or to Mr primator's representative, in the event that he felt that he had been affected. In addition to the information provided by the Statistical Office of the Central Statistical Office on the compulsory reporting of farm animals, which is responsible for conducting these surveys, and in particular for its interim report, Dr. Wirth, Reg.
