Aulaye 3 54 transcription ! Z1. 88.063 / 40 - VI Brno, 15. 7. 1940. Collection of old materials. To all local offices ! For the establishment of municipal collection points for the collection of old material of the Czech population, according to the decree of the Ministry of Commerce Zl. 46.l56/40-I/B shall be subject to the following provisions: 1./ Depending on the local conditions, in all local authorities of the municipality of Brno 1 or 2 municipal collection points for the collection of waste material of the Czech population shall be established, 2./ The management of the collection centre shall be entrusted to an official of the local authority. 3./ The head of the collection centre shall be assisted by a representative of the national community, who, in agreement with the police management, shall be appointed by the regional management of the National Community and shall be represented by a letter of credence at the local office. 4./ The collection centre shall be housed in a suitable room, possibly in the house of the local office itself. If no other room suitable for the collection centre is found than the school, the head of the collection center shall be appointed by the municipal school committee for the purpose of providing an appropriate space. 5./ The head of the collection centre determines the day of the week at which the collection point is opened and the population can deliver the collected waste material. 6./The local collection centre does everything to inform the population about the importance of the waste material collection for the domestic industry. 7./ The wastes delivered by the population are handed over by the management of the collection centre directly to the dealer or calculated collector, who finds himself at least once a month at the collection point. The dealer is obliged to pay the current maximum prices for the wastes. 8./ The accounting of the waste materials delivered to the dealer shall be carried out by the management of the collection centre on the strictly calculable pressure station No. 3. 9./ Every month, the management shall submit a report on the activities of the assembly centre to the collection office of the police department by the 5th of the following month at the latest. l0./ It is pointed out that it is absolutely necessary to comply with the specified conditions in order to ensure a smooth implementation of the registration of substances. The implementation of these provisions must be notified in writing to the police department no later than 25 July 1990.
