4./ Report on social activity. Despite important production tasks, we have not lost sight of the social question and are convinced that we have also taken a significant step forward in this respect. In addition to continuing efforts to improve working conditions as far as possible, we devoted our attention in particular to the care for the rest of our employees and also to the further expansion of the factory facilities, which serve the consumption of the following. We find in this place that during 1940 46 of our employees reached the anniversary of a 40-year uninterrupted employment at our company, whereby for the beginning of the year 194l even celebrations for 2 anniversaries 50-year employment are prepared.
