Legal relations FEEEEEEEESEEEEEEESESESE 6 In accordance with the decision of the National Assembly, a State Land Office for the whole territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, with its seat in Prague, was established by law of ll.6.19l9. 7 The Land Office represents the State in respect of all rights and liabilities arising from the implementation of the law on the expropriation of the land place of residence to third parties, before the courts and other authorities. 8 The Land Authority was subject to the Council of Ministers. 9 The Government Decree of 25 January 1993 abolished the Land Office and assigned its effectiveness to the Ministry of Agriculture. 10 Since then, the tasks carried out by the Land Authority have been continued by Section IX of the Ministry for Agriculture. 11 Revenues and expenditure linked to the Soil Office's agenda to date have been included in the State estimates since l935. 12 After the establishment of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, the IXth Section of the Ministry of Agriculture was placed under the direction of the Reichsprotektor on 31 May 1939 and the M-Oberführer Curt von Gottberg was appointed as the first commissioner.
