49 - 5 - I have asked the German settlement company by letter of today to send the contract of sale of the estate Schmikeshof in copy here, in order to determine the exact amount of the purchase price and to obtain a calculation on the amount paid from the compensation fund for the estate Mirošlov. By letter of 4 May 1939 Group VIII became e.g. by the SS- Hauptsturmführer Herzig, the purchase contract "Kunstabend- Beutler" and by letter of 20.ll. 1939 sent 2 copies of the tax. Copies of both letters are attached.
