From the above amounts the item 3./over K. 500,000, - is withdrawn. After a meeting with the deputy of the interim head of SS-Obersturm- bannführer Dr. Bartholomeyczik, you gave this undertaking in writing, after you had already made orally in the previous weeks in discussions the promises that the Reichsverein will accept the above non-domestic payments for the self-repayment. You voluntarily made this undertaking on 23 October 1939 and made no reservation regarding its effectiveness either in the discussion or in the letter of 23 October 39.
