6 - 2 - My section head, Dr. Razim, gave me the information requested by the financial procultura for processing. I was to make the defence. Since I did not know the whole matter, I had to deal with the study of the immense material. I then drafted a complaint to the colourful financial procultura, which was based on the contents of the file and actually presented the same reasons, from which the Duchess had always been rejected in earlier years. I did not decide whether the Duuchin had a real claim to the property in order to secure her emergency. I only found out from the files that the order of the estate company in Bratislava, according to which the Duchess was to be secured by a note in the land registers, had been rejected by the local court in Revuca for Fornal reasons, because in the meantime sehon the Czechoslovak state stood as landowner in the property register. I did not take part in the restraint of this guarantee order, nor did I hold it back. I do not know who held it back for 4 years. I see, however, from the existence of such a guarantee order that, according to Hungarian law, perhaps the needer was entitled to such a claim. The Chief Financial Officer Dr. Zuber represented the trial in court. He still lives in Prague today. He pretends to be a German. He suggested that the lawyer Fantl from Vienna be sent to the Land Office in order to receive help from this side in the fight against the Duchess. I heard that he should have taken his life. On condition that Fantl poisoned himself in Vienna in the spring of the year immediately after his police inquest, after he had admitted that he had continuously supported the Czechoslovak state in the struggle, I declare:
