English Translation
8 Prague, 16 June 1939 It appears pre-loaded, ministerial councillor Dr. D i r l a m and declares to the person: I am Dr. Friedrich Dirlam, born on 14.9.8888 in Colin, without religion, ministerial board in the Ministry of Agriculture. On the matter: I studied law, was a con-ceptor at the law firm in Colín before the war and entered into the service of the office of office l92l as commissioner. A few years later, I became Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from then on led the Slovak legal department until March 15th, 1939. I could not exactly manage the Hungarian roach, nor the inheritance right. In the year l921 I had the first note in the land registers at the District Court in Revuca that the state intends to seize the Coburg-Kohary base on the basis of land reform. I have heard late in the day of an agreement between the Coburger and the Ministry of Agrag of January 19923 that in velchem the Co-burger left the state 6 000 ha of pasture land to be distributed to the Community. After the statement of the ministerial council Dr.Razim in dor Hodza-Weiden-Angelegonheit is pregoleson wordon to me, I explain: that I do not know dicsclben in their details, probably indon long years often it has come to my ears that in dicser Angelagenhuit aine Reihc von Unrogolämigkeiten should be passiort, and indeed in connection with the Agriculture Ministry. I also had nothing to do with the all-inclusive administration of Nykl, because of the alleged lack of assets. That was Razim's affair. Asked, the name of the years-long director-general of the General Financial Directorate Bratislava has been, I declare, his name is Brachtl, whether he still lives in Prague, I do not know. I only got to deal with the matter of Coburg-Kohary much later, namely in l935, when the Duchess Schleswig-Holstein sued the Czechoslovak state at the district court in Prague for complying with its duty.
