Prague, June 16, 1939 Dr. Razim appears and explains; About the person: I am Vaclav R a z i m , was born on March 4, 1884 in Cercay near Prague, röm.-kath. Before the World War I was at the regional court in Prague, then at the district court in Tabor. Sad c S d de from 1914 - 1918. From 1919 to 1922, I worked in the service of the Czechoslovak government, and I came to the Land Office as a councillor. There, I was assigned to the general legal department under the head Dr. Vallach. After two months, I took over the legal department as chief. I led this department until 2l March 1927. In 1927, I became the administrator of the Coburg-Kohary property with its headquarters in Jelsava until April 1 928. By this time, I returned to the Land Office and took over the Land Registry Department for Allocation. Most recently, I was the section head of Group II of the Land Administration, i.e. the entire Land Registry Division, the Legal Department, the Fund Administration Department, and the Credit Administration Department. I have been working on this overall activity since 1 935, at least since the Land Office was merged with the Ministry of Agriculture. On the matter: In the year 1 927, my boss, Section Chief Novak, asked me to send him to Jelsava to give him a report on the conditions of the Coburg-Ko-hary property. The reason for this was a series of complaints about backward wages, disputes between the officials, between the two princes of Coburg himself, and the management by the administrator Ing.Nykl, appointed by the Director General of the General Financial Directorate in Bratislava. The same person had been appointed as the compulsory State administrator of the goods for failure to pay the provisionally fixed tax and taxes. In Jelsava, an entire commission was formed under my leadership, which examined the legal situation and the economic situation. I myself examined the situation of the legal person, who would actually be the owner of the entire property. There was a dispute between the princes as to whether the Fideikommis Coburg-Kohary was already subject to the law on the anniversary of the death of Prince Philip, 3 July 1992l.
