g2 - 13 - a a ta a fen, which have been made to me in my person as section head of the ground office with regard to Coburg-Kohary's possession with reference to the comprehensive substance writing together with attachments, answer: None of these accusations meet me, I have rather referred to my speakers in connection with these charges, but above all to the sharply defined order of the president of the soil office, Dr. Vozenilek: "...that I have to confess to him that the total assets of the Coburg-Kohary had been transferred to the Czech State in the year l928 either by way of the free-handed agreement or by the application of the land laws". Motives, prices, cover of debt obligations were not my business. If pressure has been exerted on the Coburgers - and this is what Mr. Dr. Kyjovski talks about - it was not my pressure. The matter came to me at a stage in which the princes were prepared to conclude the contract in question. I do not want to give a judgment on whether the completion of the Coburg property does not cross the border of confiscation, despite all the questions. Also to the question of how I would be prepared if I had been offered the treatment and contract work of 24 March 1928 and its supplements as aequivalont for a possession of 320,000 acres, I do not want to answer critically in my position and as a former exponent of the reform legislation and its implementation. I am aware that in the last few days the Coburger claims for compensation in the Protectorate of Bohemia/Mähren have been registered and that the same were established orally during the meeting before the Secretary of State Frank von Dr. Anders, Berlin. I am also aware that the Co-burger were prepared to exercise their rights in this respect.
