THE SECRETARY TO THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1459, sig. 109-4/1213
English Translation
352 - 6. He understands the pressure of the political parties on the officials of the Land Office and the pressure from the leaders on the subordinate officials, while at the same time admitting that the events of Parliament's meetings were carried out on a daily basis and that, where possible, they were carried on. From this it is suspected that, as soon as he was under the pressure of party officials, he, too, is a member of the Agrarian Party. Ing. Rys admits, among other things, that he was greatly influenced by the confidant of the agricultural party, Halik, which is also evidenced by a letter from Czech National Socialist MP Plaminková. If, however, in another case he admitted against Halik's wish, he sent an assignment to a socialist named Bina, although he himself admitted that he was not a suitable candidate, it must have been quite extraordinary circumstances which have led him to take such a course. On one hand, the Coburg affair described above, in so far as it concerns the time of the coercive administrator Nykl, was opened and it was established that Dr. Razim had at that time been tried for for forgery of documents /forgery in the land register, in which he was acquitted. Franz Nykl, who raised the most serious accusations against Razim, still has to be heard. Furthermore, it was noted that he had a change affair in connection with the handing over of the Clam-Gallas seat in Friedland, which still needs to be clarified. Razim was already the founder and partner of a magnesite camp before joining the State Land Office as a district official in Vlašim and later also strongly committed himself to such acquisition sources. He, too, in the ill-infamous case of Brevnov, acquired a building plot for about K 6ooo.- on which he did not build.
