SSS Appendix II to the statement Nykl v. 29.6.1939 Magnesit Lubenik Short facts. .I Without regard for the inheritance dispute, the two princes Philipp Josias of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and Prince Cyrill of the Bulgarians had agreed on the property relationship with the Magnesite region Lubenika 58 : 42 %. On the basis of this inheritance, these properties were transferred to Josias and to Cyrill by the court of abandonment, the Sedria in Bratislava, with 58 %. This 42 % property was ceded to Prince Cyrill of the Bulgarians to cover his debt, by a notarial act against me, to offset the excess value which might result. II. Dr. W. Razim was constantly informed about this legal situation, knew the high value of the Magnesiterain and wanted to seize the territory at any cost. He now found that neither Prince Cyrill nor I had so much free money to meet his personal demands in cash and at the level he hoped to achieve it. However, it was already impossible to seize the property on a legal basis, since the land was already free from land seizure and was legally transferred as free property to the princes. In order to achieve its goal, Dr. Razim unscrupulously chose the illegal path and did not shy away from legal crimes. III. In the meantime the two princes had sold the free Magnesite area to the Lavino Lmt., Philadelphia. (In reality, however, Lavino was only a finance man and coat company for the prince Cyrill himself.) Dr. Razimm pushed
