Notice of the file for Dr. G i e s, Prague RIS1ISIIRIBRSSAI Betr.: Abdeligung des NSLB-Inspektors Pg.K a i s e.r 1/6b Due to a personal difference between the NCLB inspector Pg Kaiser and the competent head of the administrative department Pg Heydorn,Essen was to be dismissed by the administration of the Reich. A corresponding dismissal letter dated September 9, provided for the dismissal per .lo.4l. I, when I learned about it, personally discussed the matter with the Gauleiter deputy Pg.Schlessmann. He then determined that Pgs. Kaiser would remain here. Thus, I considered the matter to be settled. On the occasion of the visit of the Pg.Wolf in Prague, on the l8.ll.4l, the Reichswaltung of the NSLB sent me again the old deportation letter of 19.9., with the request to handle it to the Pd. Kaiser. I returned the deportation letter with the note that it was outdated and pointed out the meeting with the Gauleiter deputy Pgs. Schlessmann. On 27.ll. Pg. Schlessmann sends me a telex, in which he informs me that it is his wish that Pgs. Kaiser will come back. .I have informed him by telex the following: " Dear Pgg.Schlessmann ! Confirm your telex from the 27th ds. Mts.. If it is your wish that Father Kaiser comes back, this will of course be complied with. I note, however, that I have not been informed, either verbally or in writing, by any side, that the dismissal of the Pg. Kaiser is an order from you. Because of my rucksack with you in Berlin, you had arranged for Pg, Kaiser to stay here. I therefore returned the letter of dismissal of the Reichswaltung, since I considered it overworked. The letter dated 19.9.41 and provided for a dismissal to the 1.lo.4l. Moreover, I agreed with the Gauleiter-Stelkertreter for Tuesday, 2.12.41, a meeting at which the matter should be resolved. - 2 -
