(b) if they live in a mixed national marriage in which the German part has prevailed (paragraph 6b of the Circular of 13 July 1974). (c) if they belong to the group of some loo-ooo Polish tribes based in Gdansk-Vestpreußen, who tend to Germanism by means of ethnic mixed marriages and cultural influence (paragraph 6c of the Circular Decree of 1 March 1994l). The groups of persons referred to under b) and c) are to be entered in Section 3 of the German People's List or according to § 1 para. 4d of the regulation of 4 March 1994 in the version of the Regulation of 31 January 1994 (RGBl.I, p.51) to be recognized as a national of revocation. 4. I. The Polish and Gdansk nationals who have long lived in the territory outside the territory of the east and who have been Polish or predominantly Polish (or otherwise non-German) nationals, as well as those who have recently been Polish and Danzig nationals (in particular persons who were regarded as Polish nationals on the German side, while they have not been recognised by the Polish authorities as Polish citizens and have therefore been treated practically as stateless persons so far - see Erl.v.23.9.1940 - Ie 538/40-5000 - are in the process of examining and establishing their nationality as well, as those mentioned in point 2 above. 3b and č) to deal with the groups mentioned above if they a) have almost risen due to the cultural influence of their German environment in German and b) otherwise form a desired population increase in every respect.
