I would like to point out that such reports by the N.S. A circulation of 50,000 must, therefore, be regarded as an illegal leaflet and treated accordingly,as well as its publication and its representatives, if a censorship of these reports has not taken place before. I would therefore ask that, as soon as possible, it should be ensured that such abuse is no longer carried out with the reports of the individual circuits of the NS. In order to obtain an overview of the various circuits, I would ask the NSS Committee to draw up a compilation of all those circuits which issue such their own sections, each indicating the exact and binding number of copies.
