Connection between the Federal Foreign Office and the Office of the Imperial Protector The Federal Foreign Ministry makes use of my mediation in questions of the most varied kind in order to determine the establishment of the Reich Protector and his office, and also to establish facts which are of interest to the Foreign Office. 9.) Foreign Propaganda Collection of all news material on the progress of normal economic, cultural and social life in the Protectorate, as well as on the German construction work done here, in the same area, the creation of Czech original articles for our foreign propaganda. Propaganda among the Czech colonies abroad (printing and distribution of propaganda books in Czech language, delivery with Czech magazines). Close cooperation with the Cultural-Political Abbey in the Office of the Reich Protector. 10.) Archive. 0ceso The archive and the larger part of the files of the former Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague have been taken over by me. It is sifting, researching and dealing with ongoing matters. The archive includes a bibliography of 80,000 volumes. rs
