L7 Rumours about an early change in the overall political situation as well as about the possibility to stay in service despite a lack of German language skills due to the lack of personnel strengthened the negative attitude. The result in the Podiebrad district is revealing, where of 286 test dogs 32 % did not pass and 16 % had to be obliged to continue to attend German language courses. Among them were Priflinge, who did not even know all German letters. Even the basic course of the German language was unknown to about half of the test dogs. Particularly striking were the lack of knowledge in historical, geographical and idiological terms; even in the simplest areas, individual teachers did not know, such as a senior teacher, that is at the head of a district authority of the district captain. The examinations were particularly bad for the rural teachers, the religious teachers and the household teachers and kindergarten teachers. In general, the results of about 75% of the teachers concluded that they had a passive attitude, which is characteristic of the statement by a language course leader that there is no need to know about the ideology of National Socialism. On the other hand, it cannot be denied that good will teachers have achieved excellent results.
