79 - 3 - In the case referred to in (a) above, the Oberlandraten, in the case of the enterprises referred to under (b), paragraph 1 below, the Wehrmacht, the Upper Land Councils and the stations mentioned under (c) below, are obliged and responsible to examine the representative of the Reich Transport Minister. 3.) The word "full darkening" given by the air protection station at the Wehrmacht must suddenly be completely obscured. In the event of a surprising aircraft alarm, the responsible services must take care of immediate darkening on their own initiative. 4. Furthermore, the darkening must continue to be carried out in full. 5.) This order is announced in the daily newspaper "Der Neue Tag". The implementation of these diminutive measures, especially in the case of the Vehrmacht, is to be carried out particularly carefully, in accordance with the regulations of H.Dv. 4l0, No. 34 B) diminution, and in particular according to the ncuen decree of the Reichsprotector on the interpretation of 25 August l939 (Regulation No.1l of the Imperial Protector), which with the denunciation decree of 23 August I939. (a) For the obscuration of motor vehicles, the provisions of the decree of the Reichsprotektor of 25 August 1993 (Ver.Bl.Nr.ll) and the Decree of 23 May 1939 (Verdunklungsverordnung) are the same.
