Moreover, it seems appropriate to make the General Officers a little more responsible for the work as a whole of the board of trustees. I therefore intend to place the general officer as my total representative in the Board of Trustees for Youth Education at one level with the other working group leaders, which in itself corresponds to the establishment of the other autonomous central authorities.
