After consultation with Minister Krieser, I propose the following reply: To the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Youth Education in Bohemia and Moravia Minister Morawec, Prague. Dear Minister ! In reply to your letter of 4 September 1984, I inform you that I have no doubts about the proposed regulation in the Board. I would therefore ask that the General Officer be appointed as your total representative.The Presidential Chief represents somet,the General Officer in the area of administration, as well as the Working Group Leaders in their respective fields of work.
