r.5 hh Immediately before the Munich conference, the former Havas correspondent in Prague, H u n t z b e c h l e r, organised a survey with all party leaders on their opinions on the German demands. Each of the chairmen then sent a written statement to Huntzbüchler, which should be published as an interview. Although these statements differed in their pormulation, all the party leaders, however, unanimously declared the German demands unacceptable and expressed their determination to defend the integrity of the Republic with the weapon.
