Voices from the Czech press for the reception of the workers at the Deputy Reich Protector on 24 October 1941 če s ké S l o vo : "The Deputy Reich protector to the Czech workers". /Fr.J.Prokop/ - Yesterday morning the deputy Reichsprotektoer M-Obergruppenführer, General Hey-drich in the Prague Castle received 39 deputy Czech workers to take their worries and wishes. The workers' representatives were presented to the Deputy Reich Protector, after the other by the chairman of the National Trade Union Centre of Workers Václav/Wenzel/Stočes. The deputy Reich Protector looked deeply into everyone's eyes and pressed their hands. For the first time, Czech workers were welcomed in the Prague Castle in this way, and it was the first representative of the Empire and the leader's representative who invited Czech workers to the historical premises of the Prague castle, and to express their interest in their worries and wishes from face to face. It is undeniable that this meaningful audience of the Czech working class not only received a high award, but also clearly documented the real care of the Reich for all workers who live and work honestly within its framework. The representatives of the workers, who were received yesterday by the Deputy Reich Protector in the Prague Castle, were all men who had spoken to the other workers about the situation in the last few days at factory appel. There were 496 such appeals, they were held in 385 factories and there were 396,000 workers involved in them. ./.
