8a - 2 shall in the future be used for each distributor to determine the appropriate list of all departments. From this list, the addressees directly or indirectly to be written in the specified form and series as required. For reasons of paper saving, the circle of recipients shall be limited to the absolutely necessary level. The grouping of the services listed in the attached list is intended for its fundamental purpose. The group headings are not to be included in the mailing list. The departments included by the mailing address in the last column of the directory are no longer to be listed separately in the distribution list in the future. The "other Reichsdienststellen" listed in the overall mailing list must be included in the address only insofar as it is the own decrees of the Reichsprotektor's authority which all German departments in Bohemia and Moravia are in the same way pending or if it is necessary for decrees by other Supreme Reich authorities to achieve a uniform handling in Bohemia or Moravian additions. Only the passing on of decrees of other Supreme Reich authorities to them, etc., must normally be omitted. In so far as necessary, their documentation is carried out by the competent department, which can request additional prints from the office of departure for this purpose. The distribution of the prints takes place according to the conclusions I and II. Key I provides for only one execution for each department /referent circulation/, Key II provides the corresponding number of additional productions if disclosure is to take place in a wider context. Key II is to be applied only in cases which are not necessarily necessary in view of the required paper savings. I would ask you to request the corresponding number of copies or to send them to the office of departure in the case of circulars, indicating the final copy. Specially requested additional prints should be noted.
