3 It will be possible for the Germans to follow them without interpreters. Addresses addressed to Germans must be written in German language. If office signs, forms or official letters of reply are made in both languages, the German characters must bear the same letter size as the Czech ones. This decision postpones for a few years the solution of the difficulties which arise in the use of different languages in mixed-language areas. It is more backward than the attempts made by the Habsburgs to settle this issue. New strokes of violence are imminent. Use of the people's assets in favour of National Socialist associations, land reforms for the benefit of the Germans, return to the former owners of factories and enterprises which belonged to Germans, blocking unemployment benefits in order to voluntarily integrate the workers into the labour processes of the German people.
