50 A The renter shall bear the maintenance costs associated with the proper use of the rental object, including the costs of the use and maintenance of the garden, as well as any taxes and charges which are estimated at approximately 6,000 RM per year. IA Taking into account the costs listed in IV above. In so far as they have constantly increased the value of the riveted object (about 6,600 Rll) as well as the requirement to make the rental object comfortable (l4,800 RM), and with regard to the transfer of costs agreed under V, the rental interest is considered to be paid for the first four years.
