21 articles l3 and l7 of the German concordat V. 10.X.1983. Article 13 reads: Artel 13, The Catholic parishes, church associations and diocesan associations, the bishopric chairs, dioceses and chapters, the Orders and religious comrades, as well as the administration of ecclesiastical institutions, foundations and property of the Catholic Church. They remain bodies of public law in so far as they have so far been governed by public law; the other may be granted the same rights in accordance with the provisions of the Frtsmmsithx Law applicable to all. T Article 17. The property and other rights of the heads of the public body, the institutions, foundations and blendings of the Catholic Church in their property are guaranteed according to the general state laws. For no reason whatsoever whatsoever shall there be any termination of divinely loaned brawls, except after prior consultation with the competent Kyrical authorities.
