1.2 According to Ministerial Decree v. 7.Vill.l869 N.l35, in matters of monastic discipline any external interference is excluded and no one came against his will to be deprived of personal freedom. According to § 51 of the Law v. 7.V.le74 N.50, in compliance with the regulations on the abuse and burden of ecclesiastical possessions, can acquire legal acts and property.
