However, the State Grundamt had read the attribution of the municipality unantowortet and the Ministry of Education, which sent an official to Liblin to investigate the matter, did not behave better. It did not help him to have the statue of Minister President Anton Švehla made at his own expense in the year l934. This statue is still lost today. When Kučera and his 3 partners were assigned 5ooo ha forest in Dlouhá Lhota, the bank borrowed the money from him. According to him, he should owe the bank 18.000.000.--. He plundered the forests and the wood was sold. The bank filed the lawsuit against him. He remained guilty of the republic, which has allocated to him this huge forest complex in taxes 520.oo0 Kč /at the tax office in Dobrisch 260.000 Kč and as much in Přibram/.The mentioned bank, which borrowed money from Kučera on this object, sued him at the commercial court in Prague on l4.000.000.--Kč, because of the exchange obligations,as on the part of Kužera,as also on the behalf of his friend F.J.Pokorný,the former director of this bank, now owner of the large estate Chřič.
