7. Holder of the 20th law, resident in Kralowitz. After some Rx interrogations, the date was fixed on 29 August 1930. When the legal representative Kučeras, Dr. Sedláček von Pilsen saw that the trial for Kučera was lost, he offered the plaintiff the comparison, and he was given the right to go both over the mentioned dispute as well as to drive. For this purpose, Josef Belšán was to get the key from the gate. Due to this success, a new action was organized to file further lawsuits for the cause of the dispute. 30 participants registered. However, the lawsuits were not filed as a result of the permanent postponement of the legal representative Dr. Mil.Černý of Pilsen and in the Jhare 1932 he cancelled the representation. The Kralowitzers Advocates did not accept the representation either. Probably the usual Taktit Kučeres worked here, who already achieved the election of his candidacy in the municipal elections in 1932. This success xxrstärkte Kučera, so that he caused a new dispute in the autumn of 1932, by entering into the possession of the private owners through the independent measurement of the properties. In addition, he wanted to win the way under the farm Kat.Nr.l899, which he did not succeed. In order to prevent citizens from taking any action for the way through the park, he has closed the current road leading from the Lower Liblin to Upper Libiin, and in addition, he had the municipal road Jámy 'squerackern Lie municipality decided to file the lawsuit against Kučera, but the district authority declared this decision invalid, according to the letter of September 1, 1933, number 18.772. The mighty hand of the district authority supported the Kučera not only in this case, but in the future. The municipality Liblin wanted to build a municipal house on the xxtssx land purchased from W.Touta next to the bridge. Plans were already prepared, but Kučera was against it,so that the district office offered this construction by the decision of 12 February 1935. By a new decree of the 15th feber 1935 number 19.357 Sig.3-28-ll the district authority repealed all the decisions from the assembly of the municipal council of 9 September 1934. Opposite Liblin, on a small rock stood 3 barns of Barok statues which were placed there in l73l. The Kučera liked these statues very much because he was a connoisseur of the anti-quities. Therefore, without informing anyone about them, he was asked to take away the statues. After the removal of the first statue, the parish leader prohibited him from removing the remaining 2 paintings. Kučera did not need to negotiate with the municipal leader. He obtained permission from the State Memorial Office, which was granted to him by the attribution No. 3o09/34, and the district authority in Kralowitz has forbidden the municipal office with the atscription Number 18096 of September 14, 1934 any excess at the departure of the picture bells. Like the Denkamyso, the district authorities were wrongly sided with Kučera, perhaps it was under the influence of those personalities who gathered at the Kučera and whose cars often carried the numbers of state automobiles. It was not only the high church dignitaries who gathered with him, besides the bishop and the Pope Nuncius, that was often also the Archbishop of Prague, Dr. Karl Kašpar. It is therefore no wonder that the public was convinced that it was an influential figure, because in his castle there was also the Minister Machnik, Minister Dr.Karl Vyškovský and also the Austrian envoy Marek and his family. Kučere boasted of his friendship with the Austrian chancellor Dolfuss. It is natural that Kučera set up his residence, where this noble society has stayed, with luxury. The precious furniture in old xtit construction, as well as the magnificent statues in front of the stairway were called by some visitors as property of the castle in Konopiště. The furniture was furnished by the carpenter Johann Kubin. It is understandable that everyone bowed in front of such a rich person, especially the officials of some state offices in Kralowitz. He sent these officials gifts, such as Wild from his forest and sugar factory from the sugar bakery factory ORioN, to which company he was the chairman of the board of directors and the largest shareholder. In this way Kučera influenced many people and he also managed to influence the basic office in Prague.
