The Uniform Community Enforcement Police, which is to be established in the municipalities with more than S000, but with less than 10000 inhabitants, shall perform all regulatory and criminal duties within the meaning of § 1, paragraph 1 of the reference Vdg. 3. The former members of the municipal police of the municipalities with more than 5000 inhabitants are to be classified in the uniformed municipal enforcement police of these municipalities, to the extent that they were exclusively or predominantly entrusted with police duties on the date of entry into force of the reference Vdg. (§ 11, paragraph 1 of the Reference VdG.) and are suitable for police service.
